If I could give this zero stars I would. I love everything about the place other than the staff. They were extremely rude..not... friendly or welcoming what so ever. I was very polite the whole time, I understand maybe working under pressure when a businessgets busy but the way they treat you from the jump until you are ready to pay is ridiculous. And when I needed something else tobe checked out for before I left they all just stood around talking and stared at me and began hanging around doing nothing buttalking again. The blonde girl who waited on us was just extremely rude. They all pretty much act like you aren't there and whenthey finally do it's just pure ignorance or you feel you're being rushed. This has been my only bad experience there ever. Butthe staff right now that's currently employed there is literally horrible. Read more

Great place to go with your family to get icecream and enjoy a nice day. Overall, fantastic friendly place. Only complaint I'd... have is one tall boy with black hair was not very nice about taking our order. Didn't ask what we wanted when we walked up, justlooked at us expectantly, then looked impatient about the order. It was packed that day though, so he could have just beenhaving a bad day.
