Had to wait almost 1 hour for food to be served, very skimpy portions and food not done well. Very disappointing and floor as... covered with sticky stuff so shoes felt like walking on glue! Nothing seemed too clean! Hope we all do not get sick! Especiallywith covid-19 still around! Read more

Worst Chinese food I ever had. Chicken and broccoli was nasty, wings weren't fully cooked, fries were soggy, ordered Iced Tea... which tasted like tap water. never again! had to put a star to be able to post this review, but they don't deserve any. Read more

Have ordered food from here before and dined in and it was very good. Ordered delivery again and was very disappointed this last... time. Rice was mushy, filet was not tender, spring roll was just flat out bad. You?re better off sitting there to eat. Will notorder delivery again. Read more

If your goal is to wait an hour and a quarter to pay $29 for food someone else ordered, you can't go wrong with Mikura. Last... night, I ordered 2 appetizers and 2 main courses. I was told that the food would be ready in half an hour. The estimate was 45minutes shy. Although the receipt shows that Mikura understood the order, I was given someone else's main courses. Idiscovered the mistake when I got home. I called, in case Mikura could avoid giving someone else the food which I ordered, andto see what Mikura was willing to do to fix the problem. The lady who answered offered to have the food which I orderedprepared. She gave the phone to the owner. He didn't offer to replace the food which I got with the food which I ordered andpaid for. He didn't offer to cancel the credit card payment. He didn't offer a store credit. Read more

The owner is very nice and patient when you need help with the menu. I think the one lady at the register is slightly rude. I?ll... assume English isn?t her first language. There is a communication barrier and she acts like she doesn?t understand what you?resaying. It was frustrating talking to her. She gave the phone to the owner she had no idea what I was talking about. I wastrying to explain a dish to her and she was clueless like it was her first day. Maybe she shouldn?t be at the register oranswering the phone. My last visit there I ordered online and the wait was longer than I like for it to be. For the long waitthey gave me some soup. For one thing I?m vegan the owner knew this, it?s not my first visit. When tasting the soup it had anegg smell to it. I was annoyed considering I don?t eat eggs. I threw the soup out. I would appreciate it if the owner is goingto give free food away. Make sure it?s something the customer can eat. Now I could?ve called and complained. However, I let thisone slide mostly because the soup smelled like egg and I tried it anyway. I automatically assumed he wouldn?t give me somethingI don?t eat. I felt overall his intentions were pure and he wasn?t trying to be malicious. I do think they?re pricey. The foodtastes very clean and so good. Read more
