Even early in the morning this place had fast and friendly service. The hot chocolate was good and tasted similar to those at... other places. I ordered the hash browns which was a lot smaller than I had expected was very dry. There was almost no taste butadding some salt and pepper did help, although I regret ordering them. The lemon ricotta crepes were okay as well. They weresoggy, flavorless, and missing the berry sauce that is pictured on the menu which I believe would make the experience a wholelot better. They still have this which is awesome! I won?t go anywhere else that don?t have this old fashioned syrup! I love it. My... recommendation is they need to have napkins at tables at all times! We hadn't gone to IHOP since before the pandemic first hit, so we'd forgotten why we said we weren't going back last time. We... were well reminded. First of all, the hostess and waitress were very good, this is not their fault. That said, DO NOT GO TOTHIS RESTAURANT!!!!!!! The kitchen staff here is terrible. The restaurant was not busy. One table left after waiting an hourfor their food. Another threatened to leave if their food didn't arrive in the next 5 minutes. My kids got their meals after abrief 40 minute wait. My wife and I waited another 20 for our omelettes. Well I did. My wife cancelled hers because our childrenwere done eating and she didn't want to rush her dinner. When I finally got to eat all of the ingredients were burned and theegg was over cooked. I ate it because kids eat free with an adult meal and I wasn't going to wait to get it remade. When thecheck came we found that the minion meal that has the kids eat free tag on it in the menu insert isn't included in the kids eatfree offer. I don't mind paying for the meals, but I would have cancelled and not eaten my burnt omelette had I known it servedno purpose. This was one of the worst dining experiences I've ever had. Good food, friendly but slow service. We stopped by for a Saturday lunch. It was mildly busy but not too full. I got a Philly... Steak Stacker and was pleasantly surprised at how good it was. Not the best I've had maybe, but in a par with what I would getfrom a decent Pizza and steak place. Onions could have been cooked a bit more, but that's being picky. Fries were also reallygood. My wife got a French toast platter. The French toast was excellent. The hash browns and bacon were good. The sunny sideup eggs looked a little too underdone and greasy. The waitress was quite friendly and talkative. Unfortunately, she was witheveryone else too, which meant the service, while pleasant, was quite slow. Prices were good. Service was really good. It was busy and the staff was slightly overwhelmed but handled it very well. They ran out of silverware... and we had plastic utensils. This was fine for most of us except for trying to cut a T-bone steak with a plastic fork. Food wasas expected for an IHOP. T-bone was well done. Waffles were fluffy and hot. Read more
Food was good and prepared quickly. The service was excellent. I was disappointed that it cost almost $4 for two orders of white... toast. Really think toast should be included with the meal. I may be wrong, but I thought it was supposed to come with hashbrowns also, which I didn't receive. Read more
Make sure if you don?t want snot in your eggs be sure to order than over medium well done. Never heard of that but I guess if... you want them remade and brought back be sure to ???? the waiter. Haven?t been here since the pandemic and there obviously is areason why. Read more
