I get it . They get busy. They need 2 do shift change. but does that mean that because I just spent $47 that I have to wait 10... minutes for a frosty that was not added to my order by the cashier. The manager was there and only worried about doing shiftchange while customers are waiting unattended to. Not just me. The couple behind me had to go back in bcause they 4got 1 oftheir burgers. Poor kid was in training today! I felt bad for him because although he was hustling and doing his best, his trainer was goofing... around and not helping with the line of people! Even after the manager pointed the line out to her she continued to hidesomewhere behind the counter not helping her trainee....and when her trainee asked a question she seemed very irritated withhim.....how else can he learn?? There is a man named Klear who took my order today and he made my entire day. I told him I wasn't having a good day and he heard... me out and talked me through it. I was really excited when I saw seasonal fruit on the menu. Upon bringing this up to the cashier, she just took them away from... me and wandered off. I stood there for a minute or two and nothing happened. No contract from any other staff member. I was outof time for lunch so I left. Won't be back Read more
I have one question who runs this place and why are you not paying attention to your reviews? I mean any person in business... should want to make money and clearly this is a failed location. The staff is rude !! The lobby is trashed!! I stood in linefor 15 mins watching staff climb back and fourth over the counter giving there friends Free food . No one ever took my oder! More importantly it's a shame that this location can have the Wendy's name because all there doing is dragging it in the mud!! Trust me drive to the next location because this site is horrible ????. Service was horrible. They were not busy but took a long time to complete order and staff was rude. Food was cold, fries soggy... and half full. They did not put lids on cups all the way, huge mess. Read more
The service in the morning at the drive thru is friendly and fast. They always get my order correct.
