There was not line. We paid over 20$ for you to screw up our lunch in the drive-thru. The reciept was correct and our order... wasn't. We did not have time to come back around. How does 2 orders get screwed up when we were the only people there? Payingthat much money and you didn't care enough to make it correctly... Seriously if you don't care enough the find a different job.I looked forward to lunch yesterday just for it to make my day worse. Again Nobody else was in line !!! Very clean and love the soda machines. All the coke options are available excluding a small amount.

The food was okay. We got 3 drinks but we were only given 2 straws. I don't know why Wendy's always seems to mess up orders, but... I cannot recall a time when it hasn't happened. Read more

Don?t go here if you want to get the correct food you ordered. I ordered a spicy chicken combo with Diet Coke on my lunch hour... already pressed for time. I got back to my job and discovered that I received a regular coke I can drink even though the receiptclearly says Diet Coke, no sandwich and an order of fries so salty they are inedible. So much salt is caked on them it lookslike snow. I called to let them know and see what I could do do get my order, only to be connected to probably the worst managerI have ever talked to, Andre. I explained the reason for my call and he went through no less than 3 other orders they had messedup in the 10 minutes it took me to get back to the office and I explained that none of those were mine and let him know what Iordered. He just got upset and said ?we?re short staffed, nothing I can do? I explained the world is short staffed including myjod which is why I was unable to get back to them today. He then left it at well if you come tomorrow he could MAYBE get mesomething. This manager and restaurant are a joke, and I will not be going back. If you plan to enjoy and eat the food you orderI would recommend another location. Truly sad and disappointing. Read more

So slow! I have a hour lunch and I spend about 30mins just waiting in line and getting my food. It used to be very fast. What... happened? I do go as often as I used to because of the amount of time it takes. Read more

I worked and managed as a teen. IMO nobody uses manners anymore. No pleases or thank yous. Still go, but limit to the locations... that I go to that do well. Read more

This used to be a good one. As of late it is been rather poor. Very slow drive-thru and mediocre service. - window attendant... taking about personal things as opposed to addressing the customer. - ordered 4 frosty, had to ask for cup holder, had to askfor straws and staff seemed confused about who was doing what. No napkins - 2:30 in the afternoon we are the 4th car. Took20min. Read more

I usually don?t have an issue here, but my visit today was disappointing as my jr bacon cheeseburger was made with nothing on it... but bacon and cheese! I definitely didn?t order it like this, but it?s not worth my time to go back and complain over a burgerthat costs $2.11 lol. The good thing about this place is that the employees are always friendly!! Maybe this was just a fluke?? Read more
