Can't get a simple order right. Paid almost $4 for an item I didn't even get. My husband ordered the nacho fries and the... container was barely half full. The person who took our order was Saad M. Walk in and stand at counter for a few minutes before coming to the realization that help wasn't coming. Went to the self... service machine placed order and that process went fine. got drink cups and filled them and no lids went to get hot sauce andall empty. Back to the counter I stand maybe 5 minutes before yelling back there for someone to help. Every table was dirty mywife asked for a rag to clean the table. The 1 guy that was actually working did say sorry and that there was only 3 peopleworking however there was 2 other employees sitting in the lobby doing nothing and he asked them to clock in early and help andgot nothing from them which I know they don't have to but then don't sit in the lobby with uniforms on doesn't look good tocustomers when the stores trashed and your not getting helped and seeing employees sitting there like that Read more
Drive through went quickly. The workers were very friendly and the food was warm and well packaged. They also have seating... inside and a decent amount of parking spots ... at least 20 spots. Read more
This is a fine little taco bell. The employees are really trying to help, even when they don't have all the resources they need.... I ordered lunch online along with several other people in my office and, for whatever technological reason, the orders didn'tcome through. They took my word when I told them what was ordered. In the middle of them making it, the orders came through(super late at this point). Their attitude towards the technological shortcoming was gracious and helpful. Cold food, wrong food recieved, got items we didn't order. Order was far from accurate! $40 on 7/9 food items we couldn't eat,... impatient staff, very disappointed in our experience! It would take a lot to get me back to this store. Read more
Stood in front of the register for a bit over 5 minutes before this gal that was so fat her shirt didn't touch her pants waddled... around the corner to tell us we had to use the kiosk. Now I am not normally down for far shaming people. I am far over weighttoo. But get a uniform that fits. With sleeves. It is way disgusting to come to a place to get food and have the person passingit over the counter to be so far over weight that her gut is hanging out and her upper arm fat is flowing down so far itscovering up her elbows to hide them from view. But more importantly than that. If you have customers waiting in line, don'ttell them to do your job for you. If you want me to use your kiosks give me 10% off for doing your job for you. Read more
If you want to get sick, this is a place for you. When the ice in my drink melted there was so much dirt in it i couldnt beleve... what i drank. Restroom was probably the dirtiest restroom I've seen in my life. Toilet was clogged and it looked like it's beenlike that for a while and there was no soap. Stay away from this place, it's a hazard! I swear I don?t even want to put any stars . I went there tonight at around 10:30pm got food , for one my food had hair in it ,... so I said take your food back and give me my money back . I check my bank account and then didn?t put my money back on it butthey did take more money off my card , their own manager wouldn?t even come to the window she had her 2 young employees tell methat they did put the money on the card and if I want to talk to a manager I will have to come back tomorrow to talk to that one. So I will be up there tomorrow and I?m calling corporate. What a nasty place and rude , don?t even put hair nets when aroundthe food . Read more
