I work nearby and like using the app to order ahead, and pick up. My order has (more) jalapeños selected with other vegetables.... First time it was obviously skimpy on vegetables. Second order I counted four jalapeños on my 12? sub. That?s it I?m done, Idrive out of my way to other locations now. If I had to eat there I?d rather go to the attached gas station and get a Slim Jim,and Yoohoo. Read more
An ok Subway when they're actually open. Currently 2 hours after their opening time though and they're still closed, so I guess... the owners are pretty lax about business. Good to see the person inside getting paid to do nothing. Must be a cushy job. Read more
I?ve got at least 5 times to give it a chance. Bread is always stale. Always Always out of one of the items I put on my... sub. Since the bread is always stale I decided to go with a salad this time and the spinach is soggy to the point of not beingedible and definitely old. Don?t bother going, sorry. Not worth it Read more
J&H Family stores has great convenient locations and this Subway is smaller than most yet if you swing by before 11:30 or after... 1pm , you will miss the highest traffic / busiest times with usually no problems at all. Clean and always Good food.Recommended. Read more
Stopped in at 2:58 p.m. today and someone was counting their drawer out... She told me someone would be right with me so I... waited... 2 minutes later she said there's a customer up here... then two more minutes later she said there's a customer uphere...then someone popped their head around the corner while they were fixing their hair and said oh then went to the backagain. When she came out trying her apron she washed her hands then slap your hands on the inside of the sink which is prettyunsanitary...came to ask me what I wanted. I told her and she didn't for me they were out of bacon...smh Out of bacon? Sorry butI really like my bacon! So I said this sucks I just came from the Subway on 28th Street and it wasn't even open and now you guysdon't have bacon after I waited 5 minutes for somebody to come take my order...the person at the register said "it is what itis" So I left... I order from this location quite often and it?s always been a positive experience. Recently there have been a few inconveniences... with pick up orders not being ready or mistakes with my order but everytime the staff has handle the situation extremely well.Every staff member I have interacted with has been very kind and I appreciate them for that.
