I went in today and ordered a Turkey Italiano. I work right down the street and order this frequently without a problem. Today... she made my sub and when I got to the register she told the man ringing it up that it was a Turkey, add salami and addpepperoni. Please know, I used to work at subway and a Turkey Italiano is definitely one of their subs and is like a BMT butwith turkey instead of ham. She said they ?didn?t have the button? so they upcharged me like crazy because they didn?t have thebutton. Also, she could have made it a spicy Italian, add turkey but instead she made the more expensive sub instead. She didn?tmention this to me before she made my sub. If something is going to be upcharged you should tell the customer before makingtheir food. Especially since I?ve ordered this sub before without a problem. I ordered lunch from this location online. I work in the sane parking lot mind you. I went to pick up my order, and they had a... paper sign in the window saying they were closing early. The door was unlocked so i entered, thinking kaybe my order was justsitting on the online ordering shelf. The woman working said they never got my order and that they were closed. I received acall the next day, asking if i wanted the order made or judt a refund. I asked for a refund. Its been over a week and i stillhavent recieved that refund. This is ridiculous. The worst service EVER!!!! Walked in was told very rudely "it's gonna be awhile before we can make your sub cause I got online... orders first"...20 minutes later im still the ONLY person in the building...I said not toasted he puts it in anyways.. then puts1 little line os cause on it and I asked for more and he tells me well there's not much left and others might some......I saidare you making my sub or yours??
