Placed a mobile order at 7 AM. Pickup said 7:28 AM. We show up. No drinks. They said to wait a few minutes. We swung through... McDonald's drive thru for our kids and come back. Still not ready. Now it's 8 AM and we still don't have coffee. Don't go tothis Starbucks if you actually want the coffee you ordered and paid for. Read more
Barista spilled half of my flat white and filled it back up with straight milk and didn't just make me a new one. Tasted like a... cup of warm milk with very little coffee. This happened super early in the morning with no one else in the store very poorservice. I am very disappointed. Read more
They never use blonde espresso even when requested. Really annoying when you pay $5.50 for a drink they never make right. Keep... hoping they?ll get it right one day and they never do. Disappointing. Read more
I catch this Starbucks whenever I have to go to O Of M West Hospital or outpatient buildings around it. Everything is always... correct when I get there, but the lines are getting really long no matter when I go these days. I love the App and being able toorder ahead. Read more
Ordered a Venti and wasn?t even close to full when I picked it up. Not worth the price. Picture is before even taking a sip.

Starbucks at this location is busy but the staff is quick and upbeat, haven't had a wrong order and always enjoy going to this... location. This location has a drive-thru and plenty of seating. Close to metro hospital but parking can be tight with thebusinesses around it. Read more
