I was excited to see a large amount of cilantro on my two orders of nachos until I got in the car and smelled a weird odor. Got... home and found out it was spoiled. Tried to pick it out but I couldn?t get the pieces that were mixed into the pico de gallo(those were completely brown) and the tomato?s tasted sour, too. I ordered my food online for Door Dash delivery, I got confirmation that the order had been received and was being prepared. I... then got confirmation that the door dash driver was on the way to pick up our dinners. Another confirmation that the driver wasthere and my food would be delivered at 818pm, At 830, still nothing. I called the restaurant and the person who answer informedme they closed early due to staffing shortages. I understand closing early and staffing shortages. I don?t understand acceptingmy order, giving me notice that my food was being prepared and then exhibiting zero empathy when I called in. I love Qdoba butthis branch will never get my business again. Absolutely awful. I paid $11 for 3 tacos, with cheese, cilantro and guacamole. These tacos were literally the smallest tacos I... have ever seen. With barely any meat, very little cheese.. no cilantro and no guacamole. Do yourself a favor and go to TacoBell. You can get a taco 3 times the size for half the price. Ridiculous Read more
Ordered the same thing I always do on the app. Picked it up and it was missing lettuce and pico. Also for $10.50 you would think... they would give you more than 6 spoonfuls of food. The staff at this location is great but I think I?ll stop ordering on line soI can monitor the serving size. UPDATE: Qdoba contacted me and offered 2 meals to make up for the issue. I do not usually eat at this location. I did an online pickup order. Now, I am not sure if this is happening at other Qdoba... locations or not, but this one has had online theft where people come in and take your items, so they now keep it behind thecashier. If you think that it will be a quick pickup on your lunch break, it is not. The staff is nice, I like the food. Just beaware that it won't be very fast like it used to be, especially if you are in a rush/time crunch. Read more
