Last night my wife ordered a medium pizza the same she always orders from Palermo's we've always have been VERY happy but the... one we got was thin crust burnt all the way around not even 50% of the toppings peperoni and sausage some slices didn't evenhave sausage and the cheese was VERY thin and to top it off the price went up around $4.00 so after delivery tip it was $25.50for a pizza barely worth $8.00.If this is your new way of making what was a great pizza we're done buying from you. First time going and WILL NOT be back. 1) Told me it would take 20 minutes. It took over 40 for an in-store pick-up order. 2)... I Collected my items, and when I got home, I realized they had given me the wrong pizza. At this point, I was like, well,honest mistake whatever, no big deal. 3) I called and explained the situation. The manager told me it would be 20 minutes toget the correct pizza. I figured the screaming kids in the background might speed that process up, but I was wrong. I said dueto the wait from last time and since I ordered a custom pizza with extra toppings, not just pepperoni, could I at least get theadditional $10 back I paid? They told me NO REFUND unless I bring the pizza back. I was debating if I needed a tetanus shotfrom my first trip there, much less did I want to go back to this dump a second time.
