It was busy (6 p.m.) so I do try to keep that in mind. Used mobile order. Followed instincts to park & give my location number.... Given am estimated time of 5 minutes (took 25, again they were busy). Had to go inside to get all of my order twice (2nd timebecause I didn't look close enough). Got no impression that anyone wanted to be there. Felt like more of a burden to them. Rough experience. Read more
Fully staffed and clean with an open dining room playing some great music. Service was super fast and everyone was friendly... too. Can't go wrong with a fresh Big Mac and some piping hot chicken nuggets! Coke is on point, as always too! Read more
My husband and son stopped there yesterday, my husband ordered the 2 cheese burger combo without cheese. They get their food and... was driving home, husband took out his burger, opens it up there is no meat on it but there is cheese. Backwards... The otherburger was fine Read more

Out of coffee & they told me I could substitute a latte, no extra charge. Then they charged me $2.70? asked manager and she... raised her voice? what ya want me to do about it?! I asked for no change for the drink since my#3 came with coffee but they wereout of coffee?but got the same response, very rude & not accommodating. If your out of coffee make a substitute or let customersknow they will get charged!!! Read more
The staff at the drive through are great BUT this place has gone down hill. Inside there is No in person ordering, no drink... machine, no ketchup, no napkins available in the dining area. You have to ask for help if you need anything but they are shortstaffed so they don?t have time to help. They must be trained to ignore the counter. It is the most expensive McDonald?s in thearea. This McDonald?s has gone downhill dramatically. Each time I come it is worst than the last. The wait time, the customer service,... and the quality of the food, if they even get the order right. This time we sat at the window waiting for at least 5 minuteswithout being told about the wait, and the person that gave us our food didn?t say a single word. He forgot one of the things inour order, and my Big Mac was still FROZEN in the bottom. I am so sick of people not even being able to perform the basicrequirements of their job.
