Terrible service if I HAD to describe a speed of service I'd say TURTLE SPEED! Very pleased. Service was quick. Cashier even brought our food to our table. Much better service than the one near our home in... n orth muskegon. Their service went down as soon as the pandemic and has never returned . Read more

This location is close to where I work, so it is always the "go-to" spot for breakfast or lunch. Have to give a little grace... given the fact that everyone is short staffed and doing the best they can. Usually get decent service with reasonable wait timesand usually, hot food. I've loved Micky Dees since I was a kid. This location meets my expectations of the Golden Arches,whether half a mile from my house, a mile from my work, or across the country. L Read more
It took a few minutes to order, but we really weren't in a hurry. The manager told us he had 27 employees quit due to school. We... did get our food very quickly & it was hot! The manager was working his buns off. He did an excellent job with the few staff hehad working. I know they were working very hard as well. Thank you! Read more
If you don't mind getting the order of 3 items wrong 4 times and getting HOOD attitude from the employees then this is the place... for you. We ended up just getting a refund which you guessed it MORE ATTITUDE and no apology with the drive though workerscreaming the entire time. If I was the owner of this McDonald's I'd be disgraced to be the owner. Furthermore I would get ridof all the current employees and get someone in there that knows how to run a simple fast food operation. I only reviews forplaces that are great or completely awful this place was completely awful and I'll probably just stop going to McDonald's alltogether it's the same pretty much all around here.
