Ordered 3 diet and reg cokes asked which was which guy didn't know I said well I can't taste all of them. So his manager yelled... and belittled him over $3 she was a short dark haired manager instead of drawing 3 more. Around about 11 last night I went through drive-through to get the 2 for 6 regular quarter pounders with cheese and end up... getting two double quarter pounders that was completely not done like completely raw in the inside and I have pictures to proveit . Tried to contact the store no answer . I was frustrated by the food that could have made me very sick if I didn't noticeand spit it out before swallowing the uncooked food I turned around. Not to disrespect your restaurant in anyway but I do notknow what kind of workers you have cooking your food let alone serving your customers and is OK with handing out raw food andwhen a customer comes to return it the supervisor or whoever it was that took it back was very nonchalant about it and did notcare as if this is not Their fault . When it comes to the health of other people I have no problem contacting the healthdepartment with this concern because just wonder how many people last night was giving burgers that wasnt completely done if Iwas given two that equals to 4 raw uncooked Patties ! Your employees should really be more careful how they cook your food andsend it out to your customers that are paying their money for cooked food at right temperature to be consider it completelydone.! I went thru the drivethru on Division St. near 36th St. this morning on the way to work, already running late and not only were... they slow but gave me the wrong sandwich and not enough hashbrowns. Once I got to work and realized the mistake I call and wastold that even though I can't come back to get my ACTUAL sandwich and hashbrown that I ordered AND paid for, I would have tosave my breakfast to bring back Tuesday morning for the replacement. Are you kidding me? This is Saturday and I didn't order thefood because I wasn't hungry! I work in customer service and this seriously poor customer service! Read more
