This location is almost always closed by 8 pm every time we decide we want McDonalds. Tonight they were open and even with only... one drive through lane open, it took me 25 minutes to get my food. Got the food home and everything was old and luke warm. MyBig Mac had no lettuce, not cheese, and certainly not the extra sauce I paid for. We don?t eat at McDonald?s a lot, but thislocation has lost any future business from me. Read more
The dining room was closed when the door posted times said it should be open. McDonald's website says 5am-11pm, door says... 6am-10pm. Google says 24 hours, which is semi true for the drive thru, but not the dinning area. It's currently 7:30am. Greatmorning staff, and food is done right though. The guy at the front counter was wearing a hoodie that the sleeves were hanging in the food and it was clearly filthy like black... on his belly area and the sleeves but the shirt was tan colored. The whole place was disgustingly dirty and it took 25 minutesto get our food, and then the order was not correct. The play place had zero clean tables. Read more
Horrible they redunked my fries and they?re soaked in oil. Worst fries i?ve ever had. It?s disgusting and there customer service... is trash too. They?re too lazy to actually make new fries. Nasty and always is. Read more
This 5 star review belongs to CORRINE (Sun 8/7 7am). Corrine was the epitome of great customer service: Friendly,... knowledgeable, kind, helpful, polite and efficient. Corrine acknowledged me at a busy time (so I didn't mind waiting a bit). When she got to me she took a minute to understand just what I needed and proceeded to ensure my long order was accuratelyprocessed (I had multiple small orders that she rang up as one but packaged individually for an easier delivery to my staff). She also made the perfect recommendation for an alternative product since the one ordered was no longer available. I hopeCorrine receives the recognition she deserves for a job so well done because it makes me want to come back again. Even with a long line outside, I still somehow waited for "old fries" inside, and in a carton that "fell apart" while taking it... out of the bag. My friend brought it inside as it was also... only filled halfway... They gave him piping hot "fresh fries" withno wait time. For the most part even with the rush, they got my food to me in a decent amount of time, with respect, and werepolite. Read more
