Out of all other times I?ve been to Long John Silver?s, this visit was the best! Today I was greeted by a strong woman. She was... kind, hard working and also appeared to be by herself, while training a new employee. After I approached the counter, a deliverdriver came in behind me, and even though I was to be served first, demanded this woman?s attention in a very rude and offputting manner. She handled the situation with grace, professionalism and is now one of my customer service hero?s!! At the veryleast, this woman deserves some extra time off and a very generous raise???? I was so disappointed in our fries tonight. They were a soggy mush. We never receive enough sauce for the amount of food. 2nd... time we were disappointed with our food at this location. Will not be back. Read more

This was a bad deal here. I got there and the speaker was all smashed in from a disgruntled customer. I can see why. The... fish and shrimp and fries were really bad. Burnt dirty grease. It never used the he this way. Fries were all soggy. I cansee why they had to come out the back door and wave people around to take their orders. I ate half and tossed the rest. I received the wrong order. Went back inside to get it corrected and was insulted, called names, and when I asked for a refund,... I only received a partial refund. I've lived in this area for 46 years and have been going here since I was a youth and I've*NEVER* been treated so horribly. The food has always been good, and what I got appeared to be decently cooked (fresh, notsoggy), but I can't get past the very poor customer service of "the manager", or at least the guy pretending to be the manager. It is still one of my favorite places to stop when I am out of town for comfort food. Consistent taste and service.
