I don?t order JJ much and after receiving my sub I know why. The bread feels and tastes like it just came out of a refrigerator,... toppings are ok, overall I feel I could have had a better sub from a vending machine. Also way overpriced for what it tasteslike. Read more
This jimmy johns is always super nice, and im never disappointed. I order from them on a weekly basis and when they do mess up... they make up for it unlike most places, cause no one is perfect. Kudos!!! plus their delivery drivers are super fast andpolite! Read more
Stopped here Weds night 03/30/2022 to get my wife a Bootlegger unwich. They took my order at the counter and handed me my wife?s... sandwich. When I got home and she u wrapped it she found a regular sub sandwich that she can?t eat because she has Celiac?s. Icalled the store right away and spoke with the Mgr. He apologized and said he was putting a $10.00 credit on my wife?s profilethat could be accessed with her phone number. I stopped in tonight and explained what happened and they took her phone numberand entered it and tell me there is no credit under her name. I asked them to check my number to see if he accidentally used thenumber that I called in on and nothing there either. So the young lady asked me who I spoke with and I said I never got his namebut it was the Mgr that worked Weds night. I asked who was on duty that night and she said well, If you don?t know I?m sure nottelling who it was?.REALLY? Talk about horrible customer service. I used to use Jimmy John box lunches for my company employeeappreciation lunches but will never spend another penny with them. 1. They get my order wrong. 2. They lie to me about placing acredit on my wife?s account. 3. Received extremely rude service from an employee that didn?t care about the customer or tryingto resolve the situation.
