GrubHub delivery hasn't worked for this place for months now, but the last time I tried to order from this location, my delivery... driver was told that my order never went through, and so she tried to make a new order for us. She said that they then admittedthat they had in fact, been dishonest and just wanted to close early. Our driver had to drive to a different location just toget our dinner. The only time I've been through the drive-thru, it took 15 minutes and we were greatly debating why we were evenbothering anymore. I know it's hard to find people, and I defend that the food was very good, but this service is honestlyinexcusable. Staff was nice but it was a 20 minute wait and I they forgot my chicken sandwich, which i didn't notice until I was well away
My order was very simple and they screwed it up completely. #1 i ordered a #1 with tomato and onion and mayonnaise only. It came... loaded with everything. And the meat was cold to the touch. I also ordered a checker burger no pickles and on mustard. It hadeverything. And the meat was cold to the touch.. It is pretty bad when they cannot get this simple order correct. I didn?t have the money for a single cheese burger. And the nicest man in the kitchen here paid for 2 double cheeseburgers for... me. Honestly this gesture of kindness goes miles. I?ll remember that forever and will be eternally grateful. Never going to anyother fast food joint around me for a burger because of this. Give that man a promotion or a raise please. Read more

Went through the drive through and received food so poorly made it wasn't even edible. Woman working window and taking orders... was pretty difficult to understand and had a poor attitude. Had to repeat our order several times at the menu and at the window. Ordered two bacon roadhouse meals, medium with cherry cokes. We received two soggy burgers that were value menu items (smallbun with single patty) instead of what we ordered. The fries were barely cooked, they were still frozen in the center. Read more
