Went there on 07/19/2022 around 12pm and the experience was horrible! First of all the restaurant was filthy from the outside in... and the female manager was rude and actually swore at me because the dining room drink machine was out of ice! She also yelledat the female black employee to get the ice! This female Caucasian manager is racist and was out of control! Do not waste yourmoney at any of the Grand Rapids Burger Kings they are all horrible and are operated by a horrible franchisee obviously. Read more

If I could I would give negative stars. The manager, Jodi, took our order. We gave them our pick up number and name. She not... only was rude over the intercom but she got the order name wrong and when we got to the window she was even worse. We asked ifwe could speak to her manager. She refused to give up any information for anyone that was in a higher position than herself. Andcontinued to be extremely rude so we left with no food and no information as to who to complain to.
