I recently ordered three platters and wasn?t happy at all! I remember ordering a platter years ago for the first time and the... food was absolutely delicious! But honestly the food now isn?t the same quality. I ordered ribs, yams and greens. The ribsweren?t tender/falling off the bone, the yams and greens were ok. I also ordered the jumbo fried wing platter for my daughterwith cabbage and Mac & cheese. The fried chicken had feathers on them! The cabbage was bland no flavor at all, and the Mac &cheese wasn?t flavorful or cheesy enough. My boyfriend ordered ribs, Mac & cheese, and yams with potato salad. The potato saladwas the best thing out of all of the food we ordered. I ordered Turkey wings about a year ago and they had feathers on them aswell. It makes me wonder are you guys cleaning your meats?! I was extremely disappointed with the food prepared for my order.Hopefully you guys pay close attention to removing the feathers/hair from your meats moving forward. It?s an absolute appetitekiller! I?m a 20yr military retiree. Having been in combat environments and any number of diverse eating venues, this was THE WORST food... I?ve had in my 60yrs of life! It?s rare that EVERYTHING is disgusting, however it?ll be a cold day in hell before I considerreturning to My Blue Heaven and the rancid and inept service they label food. The food and prices are good. I got the stuffed salmon, mac and cheese, green beans, and lemon pound cake. My only tiny gripe... is the salmon is a wee bit salty. I hope they?re reading the reviews and listening. Please adjust the seasoning. Too much salt.Otherwise, A+. They have a customer in me. Read more
