After this has happened multiple times, and I attempted to reach customer service, I have no choice but to leave this... review. At this location in Fresh Grocer there is habitually no one there and therefore no way of asking for sauce or even forchopsticks. After waiting a long while to finally grab the attention of someone from another department, they can hand youchopsticks but said that the sushi employee who is barely ever there told them that they are not allowed to give any customerssauce... Huh?? What is this? Why would you knowing that you won't be there for most of the day refuse paying customers a way ofgetting sauce? Why wouldn't you at the very least, pre-pack some in case a consumer asks for sauce while you are gone, which ismost of the time? Is the supply cost of the sauce coming out of their paycheck?
