I have been a customer of this store for years, ordering online many times. Because I really love their food, I have overlooked... a lot of issues in the past, but after tonight, I'm done making excuses for this location. I successfully placed my onlineorder and my account was charged for the order. When I never received the notification that my order was out for delivery, Icalled the store and didn't get an answer. They never answered the phone. Did they close early? Were they in the store butnot answering the phone? No way to tell and no way to leave a message about my issue. When I think about the other problemsI've encountered with this store over the last month that I chose to overlook, such as constantly closing early and poor qualityfood, I'm left scratching my head why a business with such a great brand wouldn't try to solve their problems and improvecustomer service. Waited nearly 20 minutes for curbside with no other customers present. I eventually had to go inside where my order was sitting... on the pickup shelf completely ignored despite being clearly labeled curbside. The sandwich didn?t taste very good and I wonderhow long it had sat there. I don?t blame the employee. I 100% get being understaffed. I used to work in the service industryand did so throughout COVID. I?m totally willing to overlook most mistakes and to go inside to get my order, but its appreciatedto let people know curbside isn?t an option so we don?t waste 20 minutes and get a soggy sandwich. We tried for 2 days to actually place an order here. We were finally successful today (maybe should have learned from yesterday... though). We ordered online for delivery and it was far from "freaky fast". I tried at one point to contact the store for anupdate because it had been so long since I placed my order and the phone continued to ring with no answer. I honestly thoughtthey were going to just ghost me and cancel again but we eventually received food. When we did receive it, some of the foodlooked hard and all crumbled up. Everything at this location is always top notch! The staff are super friendly, drivers are always really fast and kind I have no... complaints EXCEPT I don't know who has the powers to make it happen but BRING BACK THE THAI CHICKEN WRAP!
