I swear they got knockoff nuggets and don?t order from the same as the other places, I ordered spicy and they gave me all... regular( prob can?t sell spicy knockoffs cause the knockoff vendors don?t have the recipe for them to taste the same ????) ,they were all puffed up and didn?t look right. If I could give them a zero I would. Went during lunch and was going to go inside but the door was locked. So went in drive thru... and waited 20 minutes in line to be told that they won?t take 2 orders. They said the doors were open and I can do the 2 ordersinside there. They were NOT unlocked when I checked. I already wasted my lunch time in the drive thru. POOR SERVICE. How doesMcDonald?s and every other fast food place take many orders but Wendy?s does not! Horrible experience from Adreal in the drive through. Bad attitude from the moment I pulled up. Refused to give me a spoon with... the frosty I ordered. Shut the window as I was asking for something else. Wouldn?t have gave me a receipt if I wouldn?t havedemanded one at the end so I knew it was ADREAL who gave the piss poor service. Placed an online order a very simple one at that. Biggie bag and a shake.. and everything was wrong down to my shake... burger... was old burnt and cold w topping missing / nuggets cold and wrong kind I ordered spicy I got regular asked for strawberry gotvanilla ... now this was the second time I have tried this location.... and its absolutely a joke how they throw the foodtogether .. there's no Consistency and they lack pride in what they serve ... never going back. I like Wendy?s, but this location is awful! The guy was super rude and rushing and didn?t have any manners. My junior, bacon... cheeseburger was super crunchy and hard on my teeth. My nuggets were super cold and so were my french fries. We also had to waita really long time for our food. Don?t recommend going here. Read more
I have never been so dissatisfied with my food. I had a feeling by the way that the person was taking my order that I need to... check my bag before I pulled away when I pulled my back out I could feel how hard the bun was through the wrapper. I opened itup in front of him and showed him how hard the bun was by literally tapping on it and on top of it it was the wrong burger. Hehad me pull forward so he could make me a new fresh burger and I sat there for 15 minutes just to open up the burger and it notbe the right burger again.
