I went to this Subway last Thursday evening around 8:00 ???? pm. Rex and Corby greeted me then took my order! The two worked... very well together, asked a lot of questions that resulted in me receiving a Philly Steak ?Monster? sandwich prepared toperfection! The questions these gentlemen asked were then assembled to make a Sandwich that was PERFECT! Nice Job Rex and Corby!These young men made it a pleasant experience and I will return in the future because of their friendly helpful attitude! By theway the ?Monster? I placed an online order through their app, went to go pick it up, only to be told ONCE I GOT THERE that half of the items I... wanted on my sandwich wasn?t available. I was then told by manager Mary that I could NOT get a refund even though I hadn?t eventouched the food. It was still in her hands! I will never return to this location! Beware of online orders. As Subways go, this is your normal experience. Subs are well made, not chintzy and full of flavor. Very pleasant employees.
Employees very nice. Got a BLT, only put 4 1/2 pcs of bacon on my footlong sub! Very scimpy. Lettuce looked like it was 2 days... old. All other subways I?ve been to put on 4-6 pcs of full size pieces of bacon on my footlong sub. I don?t recommend thisplace at all unfortunately , to cheap on meat. Read more
Typically get great service at this location, and plenty of bread choices are always available for the subs. They don't always... have cookies though which is a drawback, some room for improvement. All around a decent experience! Read more

To Jacob, the young man working alone today at the Subway on Eureka near Roosevelt High School, I... should?ve said this while I was there, and I didn?t, but me and my fiance have been thinking about you all evening: Props toyou. You were working alone today. You had a line of people waiting for their food, the dining room had guests and the onlineorders kept printing out. You kept a smile on your face, you treated everyone politely and even made small talk to the peopleyou were assisting, while apologizing to the rest for the wait. You didn?t rush through anything, you didn?t cut corners and youdidn?t make anyone feel like an inconvenience, even though I?m sure you were very overwhelmed with the amount of tasks youhad. When asked if you had asked your manager for help since your coworker did not come in, you explained that she had beenworking open to close all week and made the comment ?so if I can take some of the load off of her, I will?. You also made thecomment about how ?you just have to breathe through it? when things get busy, or chaotic. For you to be the age you are, andhave the character, kindness and response to a stressful situation you do, you?re going to go far in this life; especially whenyou manage to hold onto a smile the entire time.
