Worst experience at Little Caesars. My girlfriend and I ordered pizza for our family. It was to be ready at 4:51. At 4:53 we... went in to pick up. The customer service rep was very rude and said it would be a while, do to issues in back. I saw our pizzason the back table A few minutes later we asked again since we received a notification that the pizzas were ready at the counter,and the rep still said it would be a few more minutes. Finally, she brought our pizzas and said they had been on the back tablefor a few minutes, the pizzas were not that hot. Lazy people should not be in customer service. Very disappointed. Place has really went down hill since Covid has happened. Closing earlier, never enough staff or the fact that hot n ready isn?t... hot I?m ready. Always a wait and the food isn?t always that great. I had a terrible experience and very rude experience at this place with all of the little children they have working there and... the main manager as well was not aware or even concerned about what was happening and how long it took for one simple order.Then when I got home to talk to the main corporate which is not Ashley but her name is Sue. She was extra very rude to me didn'toffer anything basically hung up on me I do not recommend this Little Caesars or any anywhere near here. My pizza literally hadflies flying around it because it was sitting for so long. Disgusting and disgusting service especially from the owner who isSue. My family and friends have got the same experience from this corporate industry as well and got the same treatment from suethe head person as well.
