Wow, this loser Ashley is truly a pathetic worker. I make an online order, afterwards I do a follow up call to the store and say... ?hi I?m pregnant my stomach is sensitive to spices, please do not add spices to my sub?. Now the only reason I call is becausethe last two orders I had were wrong, so I?m like hey maybe this time if I call they will try to get it right. Sure enough myhusband brings my order home and it?s wrong. I?m 7 months pregnant, was craving this sandwich so bad. Literally started cryingin anger because 1 I was pregnant and hungry, 2 it?s a 30 mintues round trip to the store, so now my husband has to go back andI have to wait another 30 mintues to eat. Don?t try and order delivery if you want it fast. I ordered one sandwich and a drink to be delivered 2 blocks away (wasn?t in a... position to pick it up otherwise I would have) and it took over an hour to show up. This isn?t the first time their delivery isslow. Even before the pandemic, it was an easy 45 minutes for a simple delivery order. Only reason they got 2 stars was my orderwas correct. I tried to reach out on the website to try to allow you to train your staff properly but it keeps stating an error. I will... update my review if things change. I just wanted to reach out and give you some honest customer feedback. It seems like youmay have hired new help in the last two week because up until 2 weeks ago you were our go to location. Hopefully you can fixwhat I share so I can be our go to again. In the last 1 weeks, the amount of product on your subs has significantly decreased. My son and I always order a number 4 and a number 6. My number 6, the veggie, literally had 3 slices of cheese on it today andlittle lettuce even tho I requested extra as I don't eat tomatoes. My son's number 4, the turkey tom, was not only lacking theusual amount of meat but it was an entire different size then mine. Much smaller. We both order originals so the bread shouldbe the same size. It typically is. I hope this helps you properly train your staff. We'd love to return. Read more
Today my coworkers and I placed a delivery order from a nearby hospital. Only 1 sandwich out of a large order was incorrect... (missing cheese), I called the restaurant and complained ,the man that answered the phone apologized then took accountabilityand admitted he made the sandwich himself then offered to bring another sandwich delivered ,made correctly, and then rewardedwith chips or a cookie. I just had the most personable, amazing experience at this Jimmy John?s!!! Greg and Ellazandra are truly top tier in their... customer service skills. They both were very attentive to me and answered all of my questions. They went out of their way to beso personable and energetic. I loved every second of it and was eating it up!
