Went to shark bar for drinks with friends and family a few times throughout our vacation. Mixed drinks and frozen drinks were... delicious. There weren?t a lot of beer options but enough for the short amount of time we were in Wrightsville beach. Definitelya great bar to sit back and relax and enjoy a cocktail after a long day at the beach. Staff was very friendly. Next time we areat wrightsville beach we will have to stop by and order food! We visited Wrightsville Beach July 1st-8th. We made our first visit to Shark Bar on the 4th. The service was wonderful, and the... food was fantastic. I could even say it was better than a more upscale place we went later in the week. We were so pleased withthe whole experience that we actually went back a second time on the 7th for one last great meal before we left town. We had nowait for a table our first visit and our drinks and food came out quickly. They were out of the normal syrup for one of ourdrinks, so our server used a backup they had on hand and assured me that if I didn't like it, she would make me something else,no charge. We ended up sitting at the bar our second visit to avoid a 30 minute wait for a table and our drinks and food took alittle longer, but the place was PACKED and servers/bartenders were running around like mad. They never lost their friendlyattitudes, though, and we were still in and out in a little over an hour. If we ever end up in the area again, we'll definitelybe back! Read more
