This is one of my favorite restaurants in NC. The food is good but it?s the overall experience that brings me back. I love... eating on the water and I always enjoy being on the Pier that is connecting. Dining can be enjoyed inside or out. You may seebirds around the pier and in the outdoor area but it doesn?t bother me! They do allow their drinks on the pier. Read more
This is a great place with a great view. The staff was accommodating and our server was equally awesome. She always checked on... us, had our drinks full and always was checking to see if we needed anything more. Very clean place to eat, the food was cookedfresh and the portion sizes equalled to the cost per plate. Overall excellent experience and would go again for dinner. Highlyrecommend. Read more
Wonderful wonderful food. Put waitress (with all the tattoos) was incredibly gracious, friendly, and accommodating. The view?... Spectacular. The Crab mac and cheese? It was just Heaven, with enough leftovers to enjoy another day. Read more
Brought the whole family here looking for a nice dinner. We were not disappointed. The service is exceptional and the food is... excellent. Expect a higher price but the quality of service and food commands it. We order the shrimp and fish as well aschicken parm with mashed potatoes. It was excellent and the kids loved it. Read more
What a great meal and dining experience right on the water. Wanted outdoor seating for the ambiance. We knew sunset was around... the corner. It paid off. This is a great place to stop in for a drink or some delicious food. They offer a Calamari appetizer. Calamari is easy to cook... incorrectly and turn into a leathery super tough to eat dish, so I thought it would be a good way to gauge the quality of thefood here. They brought it to the table quickly. It was cooked perfectly. I decided to order shrimp loui. It was an oversizeddelicious plate of goodness that came with an ample supply of shrimp. They also have a good looking drink menu here. Weekendsbring live musical entertainment to the Bluewater Grill. With free parking in the lot across the street, this is a great placeto come and enjoy a weekend evening on the porch and enjoy the view of the Intercoastal Waterway. You should give them a chance. In February, we were able to walk in and get a table at lunchtime with no wait. The ambiance here is what the draw is-the design... details inside alone are worth looking at! But, most people probably come for the views of the boats passing through thechannel. There were also TVs for sports fans, so there was something for everyone. Food was solid. Service was excellent! We had a great dinner at the Bluewater Grill. Our food was so fresh and cooked to perfection! I had the blackened sword fish... which was amazing and my wife had the shrimp scampi on linguine which was also amazing. The staff was top notch and veryfriendly. The place was clean and had a welcoming vibe. We highly recommend it if you're considering a nice meal next to thewater. You won't be disappointed. Read more
