So let me start off by saying I know we are in a new age and we all will be paying with digital currency very soon.. I forgot... my wallet at home and all I had was cash. Where I come from cash is king but this place doesn't accept cash card only. I have to say not at all impressed. The parmesan and garlic tots didn't have much flavor at all tasted more like regular tots... ???? The wings were a nice size for sure however I may have well gotten them plain or sauce on the side the Honey Mustard was oknothing to get excited about. The one young lady they had working by herself (bless her heart) was cooking wings, cleaning theback and running the register all by herself she looked worn-out. The prices are fairly high for 9 bone in wings tots and adrink it was almost $20 per person ???????? and they only have take out SMH that's pretty high for just ok wings andtots. So last week ordered some lemon pepper wings fries and a drink which is a meal that?s $15 then I ordered the buffalo chicken... sandwich waffle fries and a drink which is also a meal for $10 I then added a $15 tip which I regret. Correct me if I?m wrongbut even with tax added it shouldn?t come up to $50 when I?m right around the corner. Also when we got our food fries were coldthe two drinks we ask for we didn?t get but one we didn?t ask for the lemon pepper wings were so salty we couldn?t eat them andmy sandwich was warm at best but not that good. I had to microwave my sandwich which made my bread soggy. Over all it was a badfirst impression though the people that work there were very nice. I?m not sure who in the comments said that this place isbetter than raisin canes but they?re definitely lying trying to help this company out. Wings Over is one of my favorite places and I was so excited that one was opening up a minute from where I work. I went here on... opening day and it was packed! I set an order for 12:30pm, but got it at 1:30pm. I understand that staff was bombarded and theyhad issues with some machines. But, it wasn't too bad because staff came out a few times and offered tater tot samples andlittle knick knacks. They were very nice! I got the honey mustard tenders and garlic parm tots. I really like their tots, theywere so good, so flavorful and crispy! My tenders were also good, the sauce had good flavor, it just seemed a bit watery andtoned down and I would like the tenders a bit more crispy or crunchy. I wasn't upset, as the whole meal was free and prettygood! I went back after this first time and didn't get as much food, for the same meal but it was still pretty delicious. Irecommend this for a convenient meal, some yummy tenders, and good staff! Everytime I had an interaction with a staff member,they were very friendly and joyful, seemed happy to help. These are some of my favorite boneless wings in columbus. Sadly, the last time I ordered delivery through the wings website I... did not ever receive my food. I tried calling the store several times - no answer. I tried contacting them via website - noanswer. When I did finally get ahold of the store, I was told to email the customer support, but they also did not get back tome. It has now been two weeks and I have not heard back. If you can get the food it is great, but this customer serviceexperience was very poor. Read more
