Fast food is not supposed to have the best service but this place has the worst service.I?m in pretty close proximity to this... store and I seem to have problems every time, even with the most simple things like a small fry. Horrible service at this store. They complain to the customer about being short staffed as a reason to give poor service. I was... given the wrong sand which because they had their menu turned around before end of breakfast. There was a young woman sittingon the counter on her phone in the driver through window view. She was talking to the person serving food out of the window.Very unprofessional. How are you turning the menu around early because you are short staffed, but there is a employee sitting onthe counter on their phone doing nothing work related? If they are not on shift they shouldn?t be in the drive through windowon their phone they should be in their vehicle or the lobby or break room. The attitude of the woman on the phone was veryobnoxious and she handed the phone to her manager without saying please hold as I was speaking to her. They have a nastyattitude at this restaurant like they don?t even want to be there. If I owned this store I would replace everyone because the GMWAS THERE DURING ALL OF THIS! Been going here for over a year now, but my last three visits have changed things. Ordered the same things all three visits,... the new Italian Mozzarella Chicken Sandwich, Fries, and a drink ordered through the mobile app. Here is how those visitswent: #1 - Made it home with the food, but the sandwich I was given was the wrong one. I was given a Spicy Chicken Sandwichinstead. (I wanted at least a partial refund but still haven't heard anything about that yet) #2 - Was told that the specialbun is not available and would be a regular bun. Not that big of a deal, but I still didn't get what I paid for. #3 - (Dealbreaker) Pull up to order and told that they have no fries available. Mobile Order has fries in it so they refuse my order.Asking for a refund through the drive through and was told I would need to do it on the app. Makes sense. Get home to do thatand I see that they processed my order! Not able to cancel the order myself I had to call their help line (very nice experiencebtw) to get some sort of remedy.
