Only been to this location twice, but both times I've had issues with what is normally my favorite food. The first time the... salmon I got was just nasty, the second time I placed a curbside order, told them I was there, waited ten minutes and finallywent inside myself. My food had been sitting on the counter for who knows how long. I took it back to the office and the piadastick is burnt yet cold, and they didn't give me the parmesan sauce with it. No silverware, my pasta is cold, the calamari issoggy. I asked for extra sauce and said I would pay for it, but they didn't give me that, either. I will be contacting customerservice. The only reason I am giving 2 stars is because 1 lady who works there has been kind both times I've been there. Read more

I have to share my awesome experience from tonight. I ordered take out to be ready at 8:30. I laid down to take a short nap,... which turned into me sleeping until *9:00*. Panicked, I called the restaurant to say I'd be late and they made a whole new orderfor me since my original order would have been cold by the time I got there. I got to the restaurant and they had my new orderready and it was great. I apologized when I walked in the door and the cashier couldn't have been nicer. All in all, a greatending to a very frazzled day. Read more

Manager TERRY said he was the manager. Very rude in all type of ways. Does not need to be a manager with no customer service at... all. The questions I was asking he was giving me an attitude with a rude answer. I told him he was being rude ; he was tryingto hung up the phone told him I was not done talking; he said he was done talking and hung up on me. One star because there is a?no star? option. Unbelievable this person is titled a ?manager? Read more

As a former piada employee I can tell you the standard has went down. Line not stocked. Trying to close the line down and clean... at 8:30? leaving food items empty. Salmon looked terrible as one of the most expensive proteins on the menu. No lemon pepper onthem and also not fired fresh. Grill must be having some issues. Manager and front line staff had good attitude and customerservice. Only saving grace. However, If you want better food take the drive out to the Bexley location. GM Kevin does an amazingjob with his store. ???? Read more

They are really expanding on their menu's options with a sort of higher price point. Portions were a bit smaller than memory... (shrinkflation?) But the quality is definitely there. The place was well taken care of. Employees helpful and understanding andare definitely prepared (an employee handed me an appropriately sized lid for my sons leftovers before I even asked forit). Will be back. Always get a piada stick, and their Italian sodas if that's your beverage of choice. Consider skipping thepasta bowls but the power bowl is a pretty good deal. Read more

This was my first time at Piada. The people were really friendly and very helpful! The food was really good, too.

Every single time I come this Piada it's a mess and customer service is HORRIBLE. I don't ever get a simple greeting to start.... It's the closest to me but tonight was my last time going. It's never clean, they tend to be lazy and lackadaisical to the pointI just don't want them handling my food. This is literally how it is every time go. They even locked the doors twice before itwas closing time before. The last thing I heard as I was leaving out was ?I don?t get paid enough? from the lady with blondehair and glasses cooking the meat and sauces. I don?t maybe Piada needs to pair more for people to simple say hello and clean uparound the actual food. Read more

The only reason I am giving 2 stars is because the food is tasty - which it usually is. However, I wish I could give negative... stars to the customer service of the employees. I work in an office right by this location, so we pick up from there frequently. Each person in our group orders extra creamy parmesan with our meals (because for some reason the containers are filled only 1/3of the way, and I am unsure what person can use 2/3 of a container for an entire large (regular) salad.). We know that the extradressing is NEVER put in the bags, so today I asked if it was in there before she stapled the bags, and she looked and said yes,so I took the orders to my car. Just to make sure, due to all previous experiences, I opened the bags before leaving, and ofcourse the extra dressings were not in there. So I went back in, got a different person's attention, and stated the extradressings were not in my to-go orders, and asked if I could please have the missing dressing, so she ROLLS HER EYES, gets one(1/3 full) container and sets it down. I said thank you, and she walked away without saying you're welcome. Mind you, the firstperson also didn't say you're welcome either. That level of customer service is what is experienced with EVERY SINGLE VISIT, andeven though the food is good, and very close to our office, we are just going to go elsewhere. The managers have always beenfriendly at this location, but for the past few years I have not experienced good service OR the correct ordered items. Iunderstand this is a weird time for the industry due to lack of employees, but there is zero excuse for this level of rudeness. Read more
