Have gone here a few times now. My app order took a really long time and eventually I had to ask about it twice for them to... actually make it. They sell "draught" coffee which is not the same as iced coffee but that's what they were using to make myiced coffee. Staff seems very young and untrained when I go inside and not attentive to customers. Donuts taste undercooked(small, flat, chewy). Read more
Ordered on the app for in-store pickup. When I arrived 10 minutes later, at 7:30am, all the doors were locked and the drive... through line was wrapped around the building. I left without getting my prepaid order. Turn off in-store pickup if you cannotaccommodate in-store pickup. Read more
Pretty pathetic. Order 2 refreshers in the drive-thru. They took forever to take my order at the speaker. Good barely hear the... woman taking my order, she sounded miserable like she didn?t want to be there. Then she just said pull around and didn?t tell memy total. Get to the window and I?m just sitting there, she never acknowledges me, doesn?t take my payment, doesn?t tell me it?sgoing to be a minute, nothing. Finally I just got tired of waiting and drive off. I live right by this location so I go there often and today once again my iced caramel macchiato with extra shot of espresso is... like literally drinking sugar milk. Sometimes they make it right but most of the time I end up paying $7 for sugar milkbasically. Don?t get me started on how poor their food comes out, bread stale, sandwiches cold. I keep trying to use thislocation since it?s convenient for me but will find another. Extremely disappointing. Please learn how to make coffee drinkswith actual coffee please. Read more
This is the worst dunkn ever. Their coffee is always burnt. They always mess the drinks up. The iced tea was completely water,... Their sandwiches are slop and the mini bagel cream cheese was ice cold. Kudos to all the other dunkn's out there. I've never hada problem with any other dunkn. As an Indian immigrant , I am directing this review towards the Indian employees working at this store. Guys, DO NOT speak with... each other in any language other than English. It's basic decency and the first step of inclusion. You are alienating otheremployees at your store. You are the outsider here and you must assimilate yourself with the local culture and language. Also,please work on using words like 'please' , 'thank you' and 'sorry'. If not then you will come across as rude to others. I couldsee how uncomfortable the other staffs at your store were when you guys were speaking in some foreign language. Be civil andrespectful. Do some cross cultural training. I always come here for coffee and most of the time it's perfect, my fiance and I got the new peanut butter drink he got a medium... it was fine I got a small and my drink was halfway full, it felt really light so I opened it up I haven't even had a sip yet Read more
Extremely unprofessional and unhelpful staff while trying to pick up order. All the doors were locked, tried to use the drive... through but they said I had to come in. Then said they didn?t have my order, but handed me the receipt for it. He was short withme and rude. Read more
