Absolutely wonderful food and service. Our Waiter was friendly and gave some great suggestions on what we should eat.

This place gave me the best birthday meal I have ever had. Trent, Rob, Sam, and the entire staff gave us the kitchen table,... had the kitchen staff adopt my son as an honorary member of the brigade, and went out of their way in every way imaginable togive us the most memorable night. I cannot recommend this Buca location enough. We had a reservation for the two of us and our son. We were given the kitchen... table - which was special as we have sat there every year for our anniversary. Rob and the rest of the kitchen staff took itbeyond that, though - the service was phenomenal, and they made our son a chef for a few minutes, and he got to take a photowith the entire crew. 1. Staff was very helpful and polite. 2. Simple order of pasta took 30 minutes. 3. They had no utensils for takeout. This was... the most frustrating part they did not advise me until the order was done and I already paid. They were waiting for an order ofplastic utensils for takeout. Started out with Fried mozzarella. Over half the cheese was fried ot of them. Burnt and tasteless. Decided to order to go as if... the rest of the meal went the same I was a safe distance away as to not hurt feelings. Ordered sausage and penne pasta withextra sauce and meatballs added along with garlic bread. I got pasta and sausage. No meatballs and no garlic bread and no extrasauce. I was charged $72 and change for all of it but fell short. Menu has been shortened, staff was unattentive to others anddid not have the same atmosphere. We went to Buca di Beppo for dinner, staff pretty friendly and very helpful. But food was pricey, I ordered Calamari and it was... $18 ! They said everything is big for sharing and calamari can share 2-3 people, but I can eat them all by myself! I ordered asmall size, it wasn't big and I couldn't share..... it was okay but too chewy. My husband got chicken stuffed with prestosauce. I would say this one was pretty good! We like it a lot. They gave warm bread and extra butter if you ask for it. We got2 glasses of wine. Food was decent as usual. They sat us right down, which is a welcome change these days. We got antipasti salad and baked... rigatoni, which were both good. But the best part was our server, Nate.
