We waited about 20 minutes for seating ecen thivthe restaurant had at least a third of seating available most likely the... employees shortage that most people are experiencing. I had an omelette and pancakes. Both were excellent. Hard to findpancakes at a restaurant that are as good as mine, but have to say they were. My husband enjoyed his eggs Benedict. However.He got a side of fruit which was mostly unripe Muskmelon. That was the only food complaint. Waitress was training in New girl. Both were pleasant. Read more

I saw only two waitresses so the service was slow. The coffee pot brought to my table was dirty on the exterior. My food... looked and tasted good. The bathrooms are old and worn as are the tables booths and carpet in the dining area. Read more
I ordered online and had curbside pickup. I called when I got there to pickup my order. Nobody would answer the phone. Went... inside to get my order. The food was cold and I got sick after Eating it. Will never go back and order from WorthingtonPerkins again. I won't even give one star. Read more
Not a good experience. 20 minute wait even though more than half the tables were empty. Somehow the cook managed to burn some of... the food yet undercook others. Eggs were all dry and brown, bacon was completely limp and chewy, the French toast had NO batteron it. It was like eating lightly toasted bread with syrup. We had some things remade and they came out the exact same. However,The coffee was hot and the only thing good. Safe to say we will never be back if in the area again. Read more
Filthy, all food was so dry (salmon, baked potato) like it was over warmed In microwave (literally zapped). Flies and more... flies. Even asked server to take them with her when she left. Garbage on floor that I kicked out of the way to sit down. Windowledge & booths were sticky & we could clearly tell uncleaned probably ever. Will never again go to the Worthington Perkins.Gross! Bad management and poor service. Order steak and eggs, got country fried steak. Ordered pancakes, didn't get syrup. Ordered... hashbrowns didn't get ketchup, Ordered 3 glasses of milk only got 1. Food arrived half prepped cheese wasn't even melted on mysouther chicken and biscuits. Manager seemed very disorganized. Sorry maybe next time.. although if you hire someone make sureyou atleast train them properly. This wasn't even during a rush. Read more
One of the worst meals I've ever had at Perkins. Eggs were cold and not done according to request. Steak was under done and... cold. Hashbrowns were under cooked and cold and I requested crispy. Hope this was a new cook cuz don't sure where to beginwith improvements. Read more
