They lost our order and we had to ask about it after 10 minutes. They took another 5 minutes to make our order. When we recieved... our order, every item was wrong. We had to return it and wait another 5 minutes for our food to be fixed. The only compensationthey offered was a free ice cream coupon. Will not be returning. Read more
Cashier walked away to do other stuff. Waited for 7min then went to McDonald's down the street.
Went through the drive through ,and ordered a whopper meal, very glad we took the time to check the order before leaving the... parking lot . What I got was a small bacon cheeseburger, big difference , from actual order. I took the receipt that showed whatI had paid for, I had to walk up to the drive thru because the inside is closed. There were was a car at the window, and peoplebehind it. The guy asked what was wrong took the receipt and the cheeseburger from my hand. In the time it took to get itstraightened out I heard the guy who was waiting at the window for his order life's story. No apologies no refund not even afree, fill in the blank for the next visit. This place has lost it, twice I went their at was relieved a rude guy in the speaker stating that they were short staff so... practically kick of the drive trhu but another drove thru and his order was taken and they take for ever on orders almost tookme 30 minutes today. Read more
Poor experience tonight. Insanely slow drive thru line, rude customer service, missing items in bag, dining room was closed so... couldn?t even go in to fix it (and again, way too long of a line), and my iced coffee was just gross, sugary milk. Barely any,or possibly even no coffee at all. Just overall disappointed. Read more
Lots of smiles & very friendly crew. Very clean. Fries were a little salty, but I like salt, so no complaints there. Burgers... were awesome as always. I wasn't impressed with the mozzarella sticks, the breading was dull... No fault of the crew. Thejalapeno poppers were AMAZING!!! Read more

The food is pretty good! Cheeseburgers are nice and cheesy, the fries and nuggets are warm, and the shakes are tasty!
