Worst pizza in Worcester by far. I don't know who's keeping them in business. I went on a Friday evening and walking in and... being the ONLY customer in there should have been my first clue. After ordering 3 slices off their counter pizza that was lookeda week old took one bite and it was clearly OLD pizza. My son and I asked to use the bathroom and we were told it wasn'tworking. Then asked to either return the pizza slices for fresh ones I was told they had a no return policy! This is food thathad 1 bite taken. ZERO customer service skills and the pizza went straight in the trash. NEVER AGAIN. I DON'T take my time oftento write reviews so that means it MUST have been that awful. Read more
Chicken wings are just fried skin they don?t have meat in it. Pizza was the worst pizza I ever had in my life :( even microwave... pizza is better! And the bathrooms out of ?order? after eating there came here read the comments and looks like the bathroomsare been out of service for months? Don't know about the pizza, and won't try it. Why, because they do not have any bathrooms. While out for a lovely day in... Worcester was looking forward to grabbing a large slice of pizza and a cold drink, as was my family. However, despite having arather large seating area, they have no bathroom. Curious what Massachusetts and/or city code says about that, I'll have tolook into that later. Instead, we went down the street to The Mercantile - which actually has bathrooms. Maybe we'll getpizza, out maybe something else. Alas, we won't be going back to Woosta Pizza until they add bathrooms... Read more
absolutely terrible customer service, woman at counter repeatedly shamed me and a friend who were attending sad summer festival... just a few blocks away. we ordered a small fry and asked for the bathroom and the woman repeated that the bathrooms were ?out oforder?, from my experience in working in restaurants that is also against health code violations. got to the point that thewoman was harassing us to button up our flannels for wearing tank tops in nearly 100° weather. Asked for a refund immediatelyand walked out as the woman yelled at us to not be angry with her, keep in mind there was one table, the woman at the counterand a man in the kitchen. would never recommend and never go there again. New to the area. Looking for a good pizza place in the area. Decided to uber eats from here. Pizza was missing toppings... (toppings mentioned on menu) mediocre. Kids pasta looked rushed with 1 Oz of sauce. Calamari... idk if you should be gettingaway with charging $9 for whatever that was. See picture. Not a fan. Could of just been one of those days. The service was good, the food was delicious, and they have a pretty large menu. The veggie calzone was a little soggy, but... that's probably because I asked them to put tomato sauce inside. It was quite large and only around $8. They sell large bags ofchips at the register which I thought was pretty unique for a pizza place. Read more
I tried this restaurant for the first time while at a workshop downtown. It's welcoming with good signs and information up... front. It's clean and there is plenty of seating and tables. It's counter service, they are friendly and efficient. They havepizza, sandwiches, salads, desserts, and drinks. I had pizza, and it was ok, not terrible but not great either. It is handmadeon site, so it's probably decent ingredients. I used the bathroom, which was a but sketchy. The prices are cheap, so my ratingreflects passable food at a reasonable price. If you're here go ahead, but don't go out of your way. Read more
