Avoid this place like the plague. This place deserves 0 stars. I knew as soon as I walked to the door I should have gone... elsewhere on Monday June 27th 2022 at exactly 8pm. On the door was a handwritten sign CASH ONLY. I'm like, I got a ten on me soI'm ok. Asked for a 6" meatball sub, and the rude girl behind the counter first told me that they don't make meatball subs. Ipointed out that it was on the board above her head. Then she said that they don't make meatball subs after 8pm, I said it isjust turned 8pm on the clock. Then she told me they sold out of them. If you're that lazy to argue with the customer than maketheir sandwich you shouldnt be working there. The place had no customers, gee wonder why!? Anyways, I left, went to Papa Gino'sacross the street, got a better sub, and will never go to this Subway location ever again. Read more
Decent sandwich, sandwich artist was little sloppy with the bread but otherwise tasted fine
We went after school and in freezing weather all winter long ...the employee went to a back room and live flies start flying... from that room! No way a fly can withstand a winter in Massachusetts so they have been breeding in that back room all winter!!NEVER AGAIN!! Read more

Did not visit, received notification someone used my subway account to order from here, and I tried to call the store to stop it... and got no answer, only a message that the phone has no voicemail. Reached out to corporate, and received no response either.Horrible customer service and lack of care of a cyber security issue with their service. Read more

The guy was nice and pleasant but the way he put my sandwich together was horrible! Very sloppy. Tomatoes were wilted bread was... stale. Nothing looked fresh. The only reason I went to that place was because the one in the gas station did not have anytomatoes. I will never be going to the subway in the plaza again. Also got charged 10 for a turkey sandwich! Ridiculous! Read more
