There?s lot of things to say. It is being run very cheaply. They don?t let customers use their bathrooms by putting an out of... order sign on it. Forcing their own customers next door where the neighbor business says they?ve been lying about it for awhile. They don?t accept coupons. I was up charged when the clerk marked one of my 5 sandwiches as a foot long instead of 6inch. I had to go back for a refund. And now I start eating my sandwich and there?s a hair in it. I ordered online with delivery thru DoorDash from the Subway franchise in Fair Plaza on the Worcester/Auburn line. The order (2... bread less bowls) arrived promptly but both items were totally wrong, with ordered veggies not included in both bowls andunwanted items included. I called the store to attempt to rectify matters but the woman who answered just argued with me as towhether the order was in fact wrong (hint: it was). So I won't ever order from this Subway franchise again. There are too manyrestaurants who welcome online orders and who either get them right the first time or make them right upon notice...
