Guy just dropped the pizzas off somewhere. Not where I ordered the delivery. Called multiple times and nobody knew what was... going on. $50 dollars for two pizzas was expensive to begin with but then for the delivery guy to not even bring me them andthen the store ignore me is ridiculous. I've ordered from here twice before and the food was great...I would've given a 5 star if my order wasn't messed up tonight...I... wanted a cheese quesadilla and got chicken...I started to feel nauseous and couldn't finish it.. if I wanted meat...I would'veordered the steak. Grabbed dinner at Ready Set Pizza in Worcester again. This time we had an excellent pizza (Angry Hawaiian) with sauce that was... tangy with homemade taste on a perfect thin flavorful crust. The fish & chips were delicious...light batter, tasty haddock, goodcole slaw, and a very large amount of great fries (fries-definitely enough for 2 people). Fabulous, friendly service and greatfood! Last visit a week ago we ordered 2 pressured fried chicken, jojo's, and slaw meals for only $9.99 each. Lots of food! This place is truly a hidden gem. The employees are accommodating and welcoming also willing to work with whatever you are... ordering at that time. The business hours are correct so if you have the late night munchies this place really is open. Justallow 20 minutes before closing which is 230am to get your order in cause this is good food here and quite the bunch of peopleputting it together. So if you haven't tried it give it a go. I was a big fan and advocate of this place, buuut then they delivered me a MEATLESS steak & cheese wrap last night, no way that... was a mistake. I called they apologized and said they'd send a new one out which hours later still hadn't arrived. I calledagain but to cancel and ask for a refund (I paid cash btw) and expressed my concern to which the employee said "I don't care." Ihung up on him and here are some photos for your enjoyment of the slop they sent me. I had to take my first bite to realize ithad no meat, I did not eat the rest, tossed it out. Oh, also didn't get my refund. I'm a very chill person, but this was notcool. So, word of mouth will be to avoid this place moving forward. Read more
Have ordered from here more than a dozen times. Ive tried their pizza, their apps and their sandwiches and theyve always been... consistent. Their customer service is always on point. Their food is always delicious. One of my favorite places to order from. Read more
I was cheated out of an 8 pc fried chicken, My chicken was delivered being only six pieces of chicken, and out of the six pieces... I received three wings, two drumsticks one thigh. Called the store to come pick it up as it wasn't right. I was told we willgive you a free 8 pc chicken next time you order!!! Tonight I was told that they don't remember it. I was told to save theticket number and we were taken for $22.90 we ordered often from them ,But never again. I will be taken them to court, it'snot the money it's the principle.
