I ordered and ate in. The prices are reasonable and the service was good.
Very disappointed! I?ve not had a problem with this location until today. I ordered a large order $80 counting the tip. I swear... a child packed the bag. All in one, it looked as if they threw it all in. And one of the large gravy?s lid wasn?t on. So guesswhat? Gravy all over everything in the bag, all over my stove top, cabinets and floor. I got the jack Harlow meal and it was decent, you get a good amount of food for what you pay (around $10), I once order the... chicken pot pie on DoorDash and it was dry but everything else was good. Literally the worst customer service. Black girl at the window ALWAYS has an attitude. No receipt was given and when I asked for... one got attitude, I asked for sauces she said which one I asked for a mix she said of what I said a mix of the sauces shebasically threw them inside my car. I asked for honey bbq sauce and paid extra for extra sauce which I was not given, when backaround and she said they were in the bag when clearly it wasn't. The worst KFC/taco been I've ever been too. Was happy with the food, but they lost points with me when I witnessed them treating a homeless person very rudely, when he... wasn't bothering anyone at all. I'm not sure whether I should be leaving this review with KFC or Taco Bell, for those who don'tknow, they are combined at the same location, but I will say I've almost always been satisfied with the food, but the serviceneeds much improvement. poor customer service. the workers have a game in the kitchen, I shop and sit down to eat. a lady came in with her children to... buy something to eat it seems that she made a mistake and all the workers started to make fun of her in front of her childrenthe girl felt very uncomfortable the girl left and went back in to look for her receipt and the person who gave her the receiptmade a mocking comment after she left. All this happened on March 7 between 6:25pm and 6:30pm at the KFC on Park Ave inWorcester, MA. I don't know the girl, but I was there and I didn't like what happened. Fast service, the order was incorrect, so we went to Popeye's and got what we wanted. We knew someone would eat the incorrect... sandwich. However, that isn't the point. Drive tru's rarely get orders correct. Always should double-check. The thing is you goto drive tru to avoid having to go inside. Read more
