I love Jimmy John's I ordered here through DoorDash and it got messed up so I called the store and they ended up giving me my... sandwich for free which was really really nice of them. The gentleman I spoke to was extremely polite and professional anddelivered my sandwich personally. I work at a local hospital (not the one across the street) and our unit (15-20 people) orders a few times a month from JJ?s.... Using the online app is easy & in two years they have never hit an order incorrect! All of the sandwiches are labeled with whoordered it, and they are always fresh, and filled with meat & veggies, not skimpy like other chains. The drivers are patient &kind, and even during the busiest time of day, the order arrives in less than an hour, usually less than 30 min, and the appupdates you as to where they are in the process of getting your sandwiches to you! I love Jimmy John's. I first had JJs when living in Tucson and after they opened the JJs in Worcester, I make it a point to pop... in anytime I am in the area. The sandwiches are delicious. The service at this location is excellent. Very friendly counterstaff. The location is very clean. There is metered parking out front and they deliver if you live/work nearby. Read more
I've always liked Jimmy John's, so I was pleased to find one downtowm. Everything was on point, clean store, friendly and very... fast service, as well as (most important) great tasting cold subs. The sandwhich felt very full, there was no slacking on themeat and the bread was fresh (unlike other sub places). Minus one star because I wish there were more tasty options! Food is good, bread is amazing. Table tops are sticky.... Every single one. No soap in the men's room makes me grateful for... gloves. There are better places to spend your money in Worcester and I will be looking for one of those spots next time I go. Read more
