Good idea to have this place in a hospital when you have to wait 8 hours in the emergency room food was decent for what I got... was just really hungry and was also able to get something for my wife. Only down side was that it was lil pricey for couplesandwiches and couple drinks. But just got to remember it is in a hospital ????... hope not to eat here again but will probablyhave to at some point. Read more

I was just there. 3;00 pm Saturday 05/01/21 I ordered a pastrami on rye. Told the woman to cook pepper and onions with it.... She told the guy cooking it. Gave to my girl friend in the hospital to eat at supper time. They never put the pepper and onionson it .not happy The man was not paying attention. Read more
Garden Fresh at St. Vincents Hospital always provides great food at reasonable prices. The staff are very customer service... oriented. In the 6 years I have worked near this place i have never had bad food or service. Read more
Fresh is the key word here! Every single thing you order is made fresh for you! Even fries! Nothing sits in warmers for who... knows how long! If you're anywhere in downtown Worcester, Garden Fresh is THE PLACE to go for lunch! Only bad thing to say isthey aren't open nights!!! With two locations downtown; one inside Medical City/St. Vincent Hospital and the other just acrossfrom the courthouse; you're only steps away from delicious food! My go to favorite is the falafel wrap! Actual, real, homemadefalafel! Rolled and deep fried to absolute perfection! Mmmm mmm good! Read more
I ordered a steak and cheese. The guy making the sandwich place the cheese on the bread. I ask him if he could put the cheese on... the steak. Like you're supposed to do. He said he was going to toast it so it melts on the steak. NO! You melt the cheese in thesteak as it's cooking. He said they could do it. I received the sandwich exactly the way I asked for it not be done. The cheeseon the bread not melted on the steak. Steak had no flavor! Garbage !!! Read more
Garden Fresh did an amazing job coordinating a catering order for 8 different locations, 15 separated orders, 151 people and got... it to all the locations within a 30 minute time frame! If there was 6 stars, I'd give it a 6! Dean is so accommodating andgreat to work with. The food was delicious, great quality, plenty of food and variety and presented beautifully.
