This place has to have rats not mice but rats because they are working on all kinds of food on the floor. The floor has so much... food in the cooking area we?re they are working. There are meat Pattie?s, buns, fries, and all the trimmings squished all overthe floor. The tables were filthy and the workers were just miserable looking. Being one of the most expensive fast food places you can eat it its natural to have hither expectations of them. However, this... location this time I went met none of them. All the food was burnt, which is hard to imagine when you only cook 3 things, fries,bacon, and burgers. They burnt all of it. What is even more disappointing is that when you pay for your food they ask for a tipat the register... There's no sit down service so why the tip? Just for ringing up your food? I don't get it. Worst of all theplace was filthy. One of the worst conditions I've seen any restaurant ever. Not a single table was clean. Read more
If you REALLY want five guys I would REALLY REALLY recommend you take the extra time and go to the one in Shrewsbury! I work for... a food delivery company and when I walked in not only was the place a MESS but there was ONLY TWO people working behind thecounter ... TWO . I was picking up a burger and TWO milkshakes and it took THE MANAGER TWENTY MINUTES to make my 2 milkshakes !To top it off they didn't even have the flavors my customer wanted so I had to call her and inconvenience her even MORE ...10/10 would not recommend! I should give 0. I waited 15 minutes at the counter being ignored. When I asked if they were taking in person orders the burger... chef told me they were catching up on orders...I get you are busy but seriously!?!?! Wasted almost 20 min and still hungry.Don't bother on a Friday night....the grub hub drivers are around the block and that is who five guys caters to. Read more
Heard a lot of hype about this chain and finally decided to try it out! I love the free peanuts, haven?t hit a single bad one... yet. Fries are pretty lacklustre, probably best to get the Cajun fries rather than the regular. Burger was definitely delicious,but be careful with the number of toppings you get, more toppings means less patty flavour, and they really stack up on thetoppings. Went to 5 guys they were quick to make my order as they were extremely busy tonight. There were a few gentleman working and they... were very pleasant and assured me they were getting my order ready even delivered it to my car... Thank you guys Read more
