I had the worst experience there today!!! Went through drive thru and the woman threw th bags at me!!! I asked for senior... discount and she said YOU SHOULD SAY THAT WHEN YOU ORDER!!!! Very RUDE! She put my 2 drinks in a tray and I told her I did notneed a tray. SHE SAID GIVE IT BACK TO ME AFTER!!! I have never been treated SO AWFUL by a person in customer service myentire life!! Horrible night shift. I work at 5 am so I went to this Dunkin every morning for a year, every day I?d wait for someone to answer... from the ordering menu( 5 minutes minimum) then I?d pull up and see 4 cars ahead of me, long story short I can?t wait 40 minutesfor a coffee, today I waited 20 minutes for a coffee and hash browns. The hash browns were rock hard no exaggeration. This wasthe last straw so I figured I?d just stop wasting time and money. This is without a doubt the worst Dunkin? in the state. Perhaps the entire East coast. I ordered online for drive through pick... up: a coffee, sandwich, and 3 donuts. They completely disregarded the donuts and luckily my fiancé checked before driving off.He then went inside to get the rest of our order just to be ignored. When they finally went to fulfill our order he listed ourthree donuts and they gave him two and dismissed him! He of course asked about the third donut and they said ?we don?t have it?so he had to then insist about a replacement. It?s not just bad service, they are either actively trying to rip people off orthey are just too bothered to do their job. I don?t need service with a smile but I do need to get what I paid for.
