Ordered my food sourdough sandwich. Got to work and mold on my bread when i opened it up completely it was through the whole... slice of bread. I went inside to order my coffee and food and the lady at the counter her name was Rachelle , she was very rude she made my... coffees wrong she was playing with her hair before she made my food and did not wash her hands .. she has a very disrespectfulmouth I want to know how you can hire someone that has very poor customer service and very bad hygiene as in washing her handsor wearing gloves I don't think anyone should go back to this dunking donuts this is the worse experience someone could possiblyhave she was licking her fingers and eating food while taking orders .. very disappointed... Something about Shrewsbury Dunkins I don't know, but their Donuts are always fresh. The chocolate frosted are amazing. They... never get an order wrong. I literally go our the way just to go to that dunkin. Read more

A lot has changed since my last review of the place. The staff have gotten much friendlier, the building has been updated to... look more modern and fresher, and the overall quality of the food/drinks is great! Also to the review that says they got towedfor parking in their lot after hours to go to a different restaurant. You're not supposed to do that. That goes for most, ifnot, all other businesses with a parking lot, and that's your fault for not paying attention to the signs saying you will gettowed. Read more
I parked in this DD lot after hours, did not see the small little sign about towing. Went to the Flying Rhino bc Funky's was... too crowded and both me and my coworkers cars were towed! I'm a Healthcare professional and all we wanted to do was get a quickdrink and app and had to pay $193.00 each to get our cars back!! I'll NEVER buy another coffee from you EVER again and willencourage my coworkers as well!! You weren't even open!!! C'mon what is your problem!!!!!!!! Read more
