I went inside to order my coffee and food and the lady at the counter her name was Rachelle , she was very rude she made my... coffees wrong she was playing with her hair before she made my food and did not wash her hands .. she has a very disrespectfulmouth I want to know how you can hire someone that has very poor customer service and very bad hygiene as in washing her handsor wearing gloves I don't think anyone should go back to this dunking donuts this is the worse experience someone could possiblyhave she was licking her fingers and eating food while taking orders .. very disappointed... Something about Shrewsbury Dunkins I don't know, but their Donuts are always fresh. The chocolate frosted are amazing. They... never get an order wrong. I literally go our the way just to go to that dunkin. Read more
