I frequent this location and more than once over the course of the past week I found the store closed during normal business... hours with no indication they were closed. Doors were locked with employees inside and a line at the drive thru that eventuallygave up and drove off. Read more

Constantly gets orders wrong. Mocha becomes vanilla to them or asking for milk becomes cream. If you aren't willing to serve the... customer (they're always rude as well) then close your business. Read more

I?d give this place negative stars if I could. There are plenty of other dunkin options nearby. Stay away from this one.... Terrible customer service and you will have to wait a hundred years to get any of their lousy service. Plus, they are often outof products on their menu. I try to give people who work there the benefit of the doubt. I know they have a tough job, butthere?s no excuse for how many times we?ve received poor treatment there.
