Honestly I only stop here out of extreme convenience. I've never really had a positive experience here in the past 15 years. I... get coffee a lot and don't usually return for my coffee being messed up especially for little things. I've never left thislocation without needing to go back in. My coffee order is very simple (med ice coconut mocha just cream) I've gotten Frenchvanilla, caramel, oh hot French vanilla and 80% of the time it has a nasty sour taste like it's either brewed way too dark orthe cream is bad. I don't recommend this Dunkins other than there is no other Dunkin' Donuts close enough. If they ever open aDunkin' Donuts within a mile of that place it will go out of business for sure. Read more
If i could give negative stars I would. i was standing there with all many people behind the counter, not a single person even... acknowledge my presence as a customer. They kept on talking to themselves. I do not recommend this place. However, a UPSdriver walKED IN and they attended to him first. Read more

This may be due to how small this store is, but it seems that orders are frequently messed up at this location for one reason or... another. Coffee tends to not taste the same as other Dunkin's as well. Staff is willing to fix it if you let them know, but justmake sure you get what you wanted before leaving. Read more
I go here frequently and I have issues with order mix ups on and off, but yesterday they gave me a regular ice coffee (300mg)... instead of the decaf(30mg) I ordered and I didn't catch the mistake. That 10x more caffeine!! I couldn't sleep until 7am thenext day almost 24 hours after I had the coffee. But the worst part is I'm pregnant and consumed double the max daily caffeinelimit for pregnancy and 6x the more conservative max I aim to be under. The worst location EVER! They never mix in the flavor swirl and then scoff when you ask for napkins so you can turn the iced... coffee upside down to shake it. They NEVER get a food order right. Seriously NEVER Rude staff. Just all around a dumb andignorant crew. Serious morons. Been going there for 6 months, I really give up. I just give up. Read more
They can never get my order right. They have one employee that always works in the drive thru that rushes you and doesn?t seem... to listen half the time when you have more than coffee to order. They forgot my hash browns in my order this morning and alsodidn?t add almond milk to my coffee (I?m lactose intolerant) so it?s my only choice. When they don?t forget my hash browns theyburn them and they taste like they were taken from the bottom of someone?s stove. Read more
