Mr. owner, I frequent your business, and you have an employee, an older lady who apparently has a phobia of Latinos because I... don't speak English, I try more, the other employees understand and look for a way, but this lady always responds with a veryugly attitude, and I'm not going to ask or beg, I'm going to buy, to spend my money so that on top of that they treat me likethat, I feel discriminated against, be careful with the treatment of customers. That lady should be ashamed because her accentis not English, but we Latinos care about learning other languages ??and we respect them. Read more
Always fast accurate and friendly besides that one lady that you can just see she doesn't like serving customers. But you... wouldn't have a job? Food is always made to order never put in a heating tray. Read more
Great ice water but I personally don't like Dunkin coffee or food. The people are very nice.
If no stars was an option I?d leave that. Hands down worst customer service I?ve ever had. Was greeted with just a blank stare... like ?why are you and your friend here? and proceeded with ?Did you order yet? which was very confusing because we had justwalked in and was standing at the cash register to order ???? Then we were yelled at twice because the two employees keptmessing up the order and no idea how to use their computer, then also got yelled at (again) because I asked for something I paidfor, that they forgot to put it in the bag. Poor customer service, we couldn?t complete our order without the cashier stepping away from register to use her cellphone,... didn?t take our order until a little line built up, and then threw her hands up when I asked for a croissant ?I don?t have any?good hen she never mentioned it to begin with. Got my order incorrect, and then gave me attitude when i politely asked them to fix it and told me " I should be more... specific". I ordered a cocoa mocha latte, with a shot of hazelnut and whipped cream. I got a hazelnut latte with no whippedcream. Don't know why this was so difficult. Read more
Ordered an iced cappuccino. They gave me an iced latte. I asked to have it remade. Each time they took it away then turned... around and handed me literally the exact same drink in the exact same cup. Gave up after three tried because they clearly don'tknow how to make their own drinks. Read more
