This is the worst Dunkin? I have ever been to. I?ve been coming for a few months since it?s very convenient being near my work.... The last month I?ve been doing mobile pick up orders and for the last 2 weeks my order is incorrect every single time I pick itup. Iced coffee ordered with cold foam, get there and no cold foam. Have to wait to be acknowledged for it to get fixed. Orderpumpkin hazelnut coffee, only get hazelnut. Ordered a medium coffee, a small is sitting there with my name on it. Today Iordered a black TEA and picked up and black COFFEE. The labels on my cup are always exactly what I ordered, but whoever ismaking the orders clearly doesn?t pay attention. Ive been going here for a few months and it's been alright. Today around 8am ordered a HOT caramel swirl latte.. I wait, I could... hear her steaming the drink.. she gives it to me and even says "here is your hot latte" I grab the cup it's not even warm.. okmaybe it's just insulated well.. I open it it's not even remotely warm.. and not even filled to.top. whatever about that but HOWwas it cold? I had to go I didn't have time to return it. I'm not even mad really, just confused how you steam it and put thehot espresso in and it's cold. Honestly this Dunkin?s is going downhill since the last manager left. There?s a new guy running the place and he doesn?t know... anything about customer service. The past five years I've been going here I've never had an issue until the older man who started working in the morning would... complain because I would order my apple fritter heated up. They have heated up my apple fritter for years so now they wentahead and cancelled apple fritters altogether they no longer sell them why would you do that on something you sell out of almosteveryday. I mean are you going to take Bagels away when somebody asks for you to toast it extra extra dark? Or are you going tostart telling people they can't have extra swirl in their coffee. I mean that literally how I ordered my breakfast every morningand you want to cancel apple fritters because you thought it was too much of an inconvenience to heat them up. This place justlost a ton of business I literally would go to dunks three four times a day my husband would go at least twice a day.
